Very disappointed with this store
Very disappointed with this store. I bought a dress but my circumstances have unexpectedly changed and the shop won’t offer a refund on a recently purchased dress and fascinator which are unworn. I cannot afford to lose such a large amount of money and quite frankly this is extremely poor with no solution offered despite contacting the shop leaving me no option than to leave a negative review. Other MOB shops offer returns/refunds so am very unhappy that Dressini won’t. I would not recommend Update been waiting for a month with no reply or resolution customer service is absolutely shocking avoid avoid
