Terrible!!! Everything about this company and their customer service is terrible. I’ll actually surprised I received my order after a month. I’d return it but they won’t allow me according to their policies that were unknown until I wanted to cancel. Unbelievable

Took for ever

Sweater came shipped all the way from China after 3 weeks thoufght I was not going to have one for the party. Purchased an Ugly sweater, the sweater material is rough and scratchy not comfortable at all. The Medium was cut wrong as the sleeves were to long and the body to short.. Couldnt even give it away... never again. Bought a One on amazon in my hands in 2 days and it was perfect!

Great quality and for the price was awesome just had issues with shipping took little over a month and a week or so for it to get delivered to me other then that was the best. Experience I’ve had shooing anywhere

No communication regarding merchandise none till almost delivered. Seemed like a scam
