Dress was ordered 2-26 to be here by 4/11 for my daughters senior prom. There is has been multiple coorespondance via email with the company all of which they stated that "it will arrive on time, be patient" and that they "expedited production". The dress is not here, my daughters prom is ruined and they will not refund for the dress. Taiolor time is supposed to take 10-15 business days and we are well over that. Do not order from this company. It is a complete joke

Do not use. Scammers and will not accept refunds

Send the wrong dress and refuse to accept the return ! It’s a scam ! Don’t ever order on this site !

Company is based in China. Prom dress received was of poor fabrication and compared little to images. Company declined to refund despite their 'worry free' returns policy. Retailer requests purchaser to send the dress back to China and pay custom and shipping charges. Retailer also states they will remove original fabrication and storage charges from any refund amount once dress is received. Do not purchase from this retailer. Garments of poor quality and retailer leaves very little opportunity for refund.

Terrible do not buy from this place.I bought two dresses for my daughter to try on. The return policy clearly states that it can be returned. The dresses were not the same size even though I bought them in the same size different colors. The sewing was not great. I contacted them trying to return both dresses. They told me the only way to return them was they had to be 1 cm off in sizing. Even though the return policy clearly states I was trying to send them back one week from when I received them. They told me to try to sell them to somebody else was my best option. I did not know what else to do so I disputed the charge on my credit card and they were able to reverse the dispute and get the money back. Worst company I’ve had to deal with in a while.

I received my wedding dress from Dreamy Annie just a few days before my ceremony, only to find it was two sizes smaller than what I ordered based on their own size guide. The stitching and fabric were good, but the mistake caused enormous stress and forced me to rent another dress last-minute at a much higher cost. The worst part is that they completely ignored all my emails and WhatsApp messages, refused to take the dress back, and never issued a refund. Truly disappointing experience.

If you may need to return goods, do not order from this website. I ordered two different size of the same prom dress for my daughter to try. Neither size came close to fitting her. I tried to return the goods. It took a minimum of 24hours between each response from the company. At first their sales team asked me if the dress was two big or too small. Then days later they responded to say that the dresses were made to order so could not be returned. We ordered custom sizes not their made to fit range. They would not allow me to return the goods and blocked my email account (I only politely asked questions in my emails). Incredibly poor experience and poor customer care.

We ordered a dress on October 12th, and have not heard back from the company since. We have emailed, called and initiated the "live chat" option. Nothing. I'm starting to believe that the good reviews were paid or done by the company. We have had to cancel our photo shoot because we don't know when or if we will ever receive our dress. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Edit: Whatever you are ordering is coming from China and will take at least 3-4 weeks to get to you in the US. At the price point for these dresses, this is ridiculous. They should be more transparent about their shipping times.
