DreamStoneReviews of dreamstone.com

The employees at Dreamstone especially Guy was very knowledgeable and informative in regards to buying an engagement and wedding ring. They made a nerve wrecking process very seamless. They worked within my price range to help me what I needed. Recommend highfly

Guy and Eli, were Stand up Gentlemen through the whole process. My New Fiance is madly in Love with the ring that DreamStone made for us. Their expertise and experience in the Diamond industry was by far the best I had ever been through, easy, affordable, and their approach to my requests and thoughts were very comforting and eased any stress I had with confidence. I appreciate all they both did for me and I honestly just found my new Jewelers for life!!!! Thank you DreamStone John S.

high quality design and price also cheap.

First I want to say how important it is to go to a jeweler that knows his diamonds. And can explain the three C's ( so important). Guy, hands down is an amazing jeweler who knows his Diamonds. And gives you options. Most of all, the one jeweler you can trust ! He is not out to get over on you to make a quick buck. This is so hard to find, seriously. I absolutely am truly in-love with my ring. He will be the One and ONLY jeweler I go to -to get any type of jewelery. He can he customize what you want. I highly recommend Dreamstone. The one place you can absolutely trust you will get the Best of the BEST ! I will be back to get my wedding bands, and can't wait. Thank you !

Before I bought a diamond for an engagement ring, I went online and did A LOT of research. I learned everything I could about diamonds, and then I compared multiple webstores. After receiving multiple quotes for my budget, only ONE website called me to discuss the specifics for my engagement ring. Dreamstone called me on Thanksgiving, the only store that took the time to reach out to me and on Thanksgiving no less. The representative was Ethan and he was upfront, honest, and straightforward. He invited me to their show room to discuss the differences between each available diamond. No other diamond retailer/wholesaler I corresponded with before Ethan (and Dreamstone/Shaidion) would even admit that EGL certified diamonds are different than GIA diamonds. I was and still am IMPRESSED by Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. My meeting with Ethan and Eli David was absolutely phenomenal! They took the time to show me different types of diamonds, all within my specifics and budget. They are professional and personal at the same time. They did everything they could to help me select the right diamond for me. I’m coming back to Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. for my wedding band and ring, and I’ve told all my co-workers about them. That right there should say more than my inadequate review of Dreamstone/Shaidion Inc. and how amazing they are, from Stephanie, and Kayla (sp) all the way to Ethan and Eli David. Also take a look at the pictures, that’s the true proof of excellence.

I'm from Canada and I was shopping for a diamond and searched the top online sites because I found the internet to have better pricing and selection than my local jewelry stores in Quebec, Canada. Comparing online retailers to dreamstone I have that Dreamstone.com had the best prices online within the range I was looking (round diamond 0.80-1.00 carat G-H VS2-SI1) and they also hand the unique setting I was looking for. The complete ring together was at least 15-25% cheaper than other online stores. Plus, I had the peace of mind that I can upgrade my diamond in the future if my fiance wanted a large center diamond down the road. Abe from Canada

Beautiful rings and fantastic service. Dreamsone made the process of finding and purchasing an engagemnt ring extremely easy. You can search for your desired setting and then select the diamonds you want. If you no nothing about diamonds there is easily accessible information for you to help you make your choice. The website is very easy to navigate. Their service is top shelp. When I recieved the ring I realized that I had made a mistake on the size. Dreamstone made the return process extremely painless by providing all the shipping documents. I would not and will not hesitate to purchase jewelry from Dreasmtone in the future. Thanks for all your help

I was upgrading my engagement for my 10th anniversary. Needless to say this was a very important purchase for me. I didn't want to squander my once in a lifetime opportunity on just any ring. I started researching different jewelry stores online and fortunately bumped into DreamStone.com. That is when one of my best customer service experiences began. From the first contact via email I was introduced to a professional consultant who was quick to answer all my questions with his extensive knowledge of diamonds and jewelry. Unlike other sites I contacted, DreamStone didn't push me to make a purchase. Rather, they took their time to give me options and address my concerns. I wanted a setting that didn't sit too high, but was also thick enough. For the diamond, I wanted to emphasize most of my budget on the carat weight while not having any inclusions or yellow tint in the diamond that I could detect with the naked eye. DreamStone gave me several options and ultimately emailed me the actual photos of the top diamonds I picked. Once I pulled the trigger, they kept in touch with me throughout the purchase process and even after I received my ring! I am happy to announce that my 10th anniversary / engagement ring came out amazing! I would recommend DreamStone without any reservations and will be back in the near future.
