I was disappointed when I got my leggings that they were capri length not regular and that had not been indicated (unless I missed that when I ordered) The leggings are nice but I doubt that I will ever wear them.

Hi Jan, This is Jen here, owner of DL. I would like to apologize for the mixup of your pair of black leggings/capris. Anytime you have an issue with your items or order, we ask that you shoot us an email and we are always happy to fix the problem immediately. Please watch your mailbox for our packaging, as I have gone ahead and sent you a pair of the black full length leggings. You are welcome to just keep the black capris, as this was our mistake. Again, I am very sorry you were sent capris instead of leggings, and I hope we can make your DL experience a 5* one! 💕Jen

Where is Customer Service?
I read about good customer service. How does one get a hold of customer service? how one get a hold of the company to get validation of purchase? How does one get tracking info? The only verification that I in fact made a purchase, is that my Visa card shows the payment made to Dream leggings.

Hi Ronnie, This is Jen here, owner of DL. I would like to apologize for any confusion you may have with our ordering and customer service process. When ordering, a series of emails are sent to you, with instructions on how to reach us with any issues. When searching your name in our database, I could only find one order, which I’m assuming it is your order, as the dates and name match up to this review. Our history shows several conversations, which looks like issues were handled promptly. However, if you are still unsatisfied we would like to make this right with you. As stated on all correspondence, as well as our website policies you can always reach us at [email protected]. My assistant, Kelly is always on top of answering customer emails swiftly, so please do reach out and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. We hope you are enjoying your new Dream Leggings! 💕Jen

Style in patterns
The selection of the pattern of the legging fit many occasions. They wash well and do not loose their shape.
