I have placed two separate orders, everything came exactly as pictured in the photos and in the correct sizing. I couldn’t ask for more. The quality of the material is really great and thick. Not thin and cheap feeling and looking. They have the best selection of dresses and the service is great with fast delivery. Im very satisfied and will order from them again. It’s great value for money and I recommend it to all my girlfriends.

My first purchase and will be my final one. The package was from China (Guangzhou) and they sent a wrong blouse which I have not even seen it (the wrong blouse that was delivered to me) on Juju Dream’s website! To make this experience worst, I will have to send the wrong item back to China and shipping charges will not be reimbursed. This is really unacceptable! Worst experience ever.

Several details you described don't align with our policies and procedures. We don't sell blouses and our return warehouse is not in Guangzhou. Our return warehouses are located in Europe and USA.

I ordered for the first time and their dresses are absolutely beautiful. The quality is great and all three of my dresses fit true to size. I am very happy I found an online shop that I can actually purchase great quality clothing from and receive it in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend this store. I love this site. There is so much to choose from and it’s all so cute! The shipping was so fast I got my order within a few days and the sizing guide helped me get the perfect size. I contacted customer service about advice for a size and Giorgia was very helpful. The dress is so beautiful and exactly what I was looking for... gorgeous material... quality is just above average for the price you pay. I’ll definitely be shopping with you guys again. I have bought 3 dresses and all are very good quality. Delivery and service is outstanding and very quick. Returning anything you don’t require is always very easy. The outfits are so cute the hardest part is choosing just one. Will always come back to this shop. Can always get something for a formal event. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my last order arrived one day later than the expected delivery date.

Arrived quickly and nicely packaged, looked just like the pictures, quality was great! Did not have any problems, but when I needed to contact the customer support they were great and responded quite fast. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Paula was very nice, helpful and professional,.she is definitely the reason why I'm leaving this review. I completely recommend this store.
