Before CHA I was loosening my hair, no energy, cold all the time and just wanted to be me again. Today I have my energy back, I am motivated to get back involved with life. My hair is getting thicker, I am maintaining my 40lb weight loss and I feel warmer most of the time. Life is good again. I was nervous about spending this much on the program, but soon became aware that I was worth every penny and it was a small amount to pay for a healthy 3rd 3rd of my life to begin.

I was diagnosed with Hyshimotos Thyroiditis about 12 years ago and arthritis in my back and feet. Before CHA, I had low energy, gaining weight, my hair was thinning, Pain in my back, legs and feet and not sleeping well. Doctors prescribed medications that didn't seem to help, in fact, the dosages kept increasing over the years. Finally, I was sent to an Endocrinologist who specialized in metabolism problems. When I asked him what I could do to improve my metabolism and lose weight, he told me to eat less and sent me a diet plan with foods I didn't like. I gave up and just decided that this was going to be my life from now on and I needed to accept it. While watching a Youtube video, an Ad for Dr. Cole popped up. I ignored it, but after several days of seeing this Ad pop up, I decided to watch the video. I am glad I did. I followed the link and decided to try the program. I wasn't perfect on the program and had a few setbacks, but I got back on track and completed it. Now I have less brain fog (which I didn't even know was an issue for me), I sleep better, less pain, better digestion and I lost some weight. Best news of all . . . I got a new doctor.

Before CHA I was feeling very tired all the time and gained a lot weight, many pains in my body and going through menopause . Within the first week of the program I already had my energy back and from there until now lost about 30lbs, no more pain at all in my body, feeling like myself again and of course all the knowledge about nutrition. I believe that my investment was very worth it!!

Before CHA, I had no real life, I only existed. I slept 20 hours a day, ate badly, hurt all the time and disliked myself all the time. I wasn't the happy joyful being i once was and I desperately wanted to be her once again. I just didn't know how. I tried many "diet" programs, but couldn't maintain my focus. I felt hopeless. I found Dr. Cole on FaceBook and never looked back. i was helped through all the initial signing up steps including financing. I was taken a bit back by the initial cost, but quickly realized the cost of continuing bad health was even higher. I wanted this program, so I took a leap of faith and belief in myself and joined. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. This program is like no other. The support from each coach has been outstanding. Everyone is more than willing to help you. The classes and videos available are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this program. You have to do the work, but you are never ever alone in your journey. I am now so much better than I was 5 months ago and I look forward to continuing on my life's journey with hope and happiness.

I had a great experience with Key Cellular Nutrition. The support during the program was second to none. From the resources to the coaches and the overall program, Key Cellular Nutrition has built a program that is effective. My life and health are better because of it. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who is on the fence to take the leap into CHA.

My weight was up and down, my joints hurt and I just felt older everyday. No matter what I tried I was unable to lose the weight I used to be able to when I really tried. Since starting this program I have been able to lose weight and have more energy. I found that I sleep better then I was prior to this program. Choose to make yourself a priority and change your life. I know I have changed mine for the better with this programs help!

I had gained 35 lbs over about 2 yrears and because I am older I had developed a lot of pain in my hips and shoulders. Also my hands and I supposed from deduction is was arthiritus. I also had indgestion and incontistant digestion. I had a lot of skin issues. In four months I have lost 25 pounds. In three weeks I no longer needed blood pressure medicine and my joint pain was getting better. At 4 month mark my joint pain is almost non existant and I feel 300% better. I really feel and look like a new person. I would do it again. I learned several new protocals to help me continue the clean eating and caring for my important self. I know as I stay in the 2 yr plan I will learn a lot more. It was well worth the money and the discipline to do this.

Before CHA I was so fatigued before my morning shower I would almost lay back down and if I did clean up I had to go lie back down. I had high cholesterol and two forms of arthritis. My wins are a 17 pound weight loss, less arthritis pain and my energy level has absolutely skyrocketed. My family says I look great and I now wear clothes two sizes smaller! This program may seem expensive at first, however, it is cheap compared to lifelong medical, pharmaceutical and misery if you don't do it.
