I recently ordered and the free shipping didn't apply and the day I placed my order, a new offer came through that would make my order cost less. I emailed them and they right away gave me the refund on my order! Great customer service!

I recently ordered my first products from Dr. Brandt, and I am very impressed. I tried the products and loved them. The Hyaluronic Acid Cream is amazing, and the No More Baggage under-eye cream is excellent. I reached out to customer service because an item was missing from my order, and Katerinne in customer support was fabulous. She got back to me immediately, submitted a request to send the missing item, and even provided me with a coupon for my next order. It was the best customer service I have ever received. Their products and service are truly excellent, and I am very happy with my experience.

I wanted to leave a review to celebrate the great customer service I received from Dr. Brandt online. I received a response quickly, over a weekend at that, and my question was addressed very much to my satisfaction! I've dealt with some really frustrating customer service lately, and this was a welcome change!

I'm in awe of all these products. They do exactly what they say they will do. Not a loser in the category you choose. My new love is the Wrinkle Release. Goes on smooth and blends right into the skin. FYI...the cap is the white piece on one end. I couldn't figure it out and ended up with a wasted capful of product. Pick one product and you'll be addicted !

Amazing product! I have only been using this product for a week and I am already seeing great results. Excited to pair with another one of their products.

Everything was smooth and when I had questions about an order they were quick to respond and had a solution for my issue. This is a brand I can get behind and be loyal to. The products and the customer service. A+

I love Dr. Brandt’s skin care products. I recently ran out of my wrinkle cream and I couldn’t find it on their website so I emailed them. I was so shocked to see I got a reply within a half hour. Diana was so kind and was happy to help me. Leslie Parker
