I have done a few transactions with DRB Capital. My last 2 were with Michael Pitts. He was very clear/transparent as to what I could and should expect. I was able to get the amount I wanted with out a struggle. Erick was very helpful and easy to work with. Once everything was court approved I was funded very quickly. I would work with DRB again if I needed to.
