I did not recieve my purchase in time for Christmas, infact it took a lot longer than I thought it would. And on top of that, it took me forever to get someone to give me a tracking number! It was like pulling teeth, it shouldn't be that hard to get some customer service! Once I recieved the product, I was happy with my purchase!
