We are very sorry that your package was delivered to the wrong address, which we also explained in detail in the email last 27 June. We have refunded your entire order, and have advised you to wait 10-14 business days for the money to be returned to your bank account. We are also very sorry that you have to wait so long, we tried to contact the shipping company but they did not give us the main answer, nor a solution. We also had to wait like you, so we fully understand this inconvenience. But we did our best to contact the shipping company. And we took care of the issue with a full refund.
