5-12 days to produce………. It’s been a month and still hasn’t shipped. Very disappointed. Have ended up having to get alternate gifts since it’s clear that this order won’t be even close to on time. Wont ever be using this website again. Take your business somewhere else, don’t waste your time or money on Drawmade.

When i reached out to customer service all they did was resend tracking number and said wait!! Wont issue refund or reship… as of now just money lost and little girl disapointed about present she REALLY WANTED!

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a cup with my inlaws picture on it. After 3 weeks, I finally received it. (Says 5-9 business days) They took just their heads and put them on the cup and it is so distorted and ugly I cannot do anything but laugh. I asked for a refund and they told me this; "Sorry for the inconvenience. We need to explain that the item does not make the background of the photo; it only catches the head of the people and only make the head on the item, please note it. We understand your request, but please be aware that due to the personalized nature of the item, we do apply a 50% restocking fee for all returns. Additionally, there will be shipping fees incurred for the return you need to pay, and the shipping fee for the original order will also be deducted from your refund amount." They did offer me $5 for any future shopping. I wish I could put pictures in here. It will now become a white elephant gift and a joke. I will find some place else to get my Mother in law a nice gift. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Mi experiencia es fatal, un mes esperando un pedido para Papá Noel que había pedido la niña con toda la ilusión tras perder a su mascota. Cuando hice el pedido me ponía doce días como máximo para la entrega y ha pasado un mes y nada, no noticias.

The worst quality item I’ve purchased, honestly would have been better buying off Temu or SHEIN. I paid $75 for a custom house number and when received its plastic thin and bent, the led lights aren’t stuck on properly and it the worst quality. Would not recommend.
