I spent £30 on delivery and it still took over two weeks to come, I emailed them about this no reply, The item came not looking like the picture and had no engraving on the back again emailed and nothing back again, I am worried I will ask for a refund and that I will never ever hear a word from this company, I have no idea why I spent £30 on express shipping to still get it two weeks late

I placed an order on 12/4/24 and never received any shipping details. I just emailed them and they said it was shipped and delivered on 12/24/24. Well, it wasn’t shipped to me. And they want me to contact the shipping company and have them email Drawmade. They also said they cannot refund me or reship it

I ordered from this company back in December here it is January 20th and still haven't recieved it . Contact them and they said was delivered when I said I haven't recieved it now they telling me I need to provide a document how can I provide a signed document of I never recieved my item. Do not order from them you will not get your item. They said my order couldn't be found I then sent them a screenshot of my order and number and that's when they came back with it was delivered. SCAM !!!!

Ich habe zwei "Spiegelleuchten" bestellt, die erst ewig gebraucht haben bis sie ankamen und dann auch überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung entsprochen haben. Eine der beiden Lampen war extrem fehlerhaft und auch sonst von minderer Qualität. Seit Wochen verlange ich mein Geld zurück. Selbst Paypal hat mich im Stich gelassen. Bin maßlos enttäuscht und sage: Lieber Finger davon lassen!

They had said it would take 15 to 20 business days. The reality is that it took more than 1 month to send it. First and last time.

I’m shocked to see that Trustpilot has good reviews of such a terrible company. This company does not provide the quality of product that they advertise. Then when you are deeply disappointed, all that they offer is $6 store credit to a $40 shirt. Absolutely disgraceful and if the owners had any integrity, they should be ashamed of the scam company they are running. I highly suggest you DO NOT order from this company.

We ordered a personalized hoodie with an embroidery of our dog. The embroidery was nowhere near as elaborate as shown in the pictures and left us very disappointed. The socks we ordered were fine. The delivery times were long, but still reasonable. We made a complaint, but were only offered 10% of the purchase value as a voucher, which doesn't suit us at all, because we want to have the purchase of such poor quality either replaced, i.e. an appropriate embroidery or return the sweater free of charge with a full refund.
