Will never order from them again. This product was not what it showed. I am very very disappointed. Definately not worth the money. And it took a very long time to arrive.

Stay away from these clowns. You dont get what you order. You put in a name and these chinese idiots write something completley different, and the blame you as the costumer for putting in the wrong name! They take no responsebility AT ALL for anything. Very bad costumer service.

I don't usually order online unless from Amazon. However, I saw the Drawmade ad on FB Reel and it was attractive and I thought my grandchildren would like it. I took a risk and placed two orders. When I received my first order on Dec 14, 2025. I was so upset and disappointed. What I received is a total distoration from what it advertised. The online order form asked for the size of the initial and I chose 21 cm and thought it would be sufficient. Disappointedly, the entire pillow is 21 cm. It was so small and it would be embarrassed to give it to anyone regardless this is for my grandchildren. I emailed to Drawmade and expressed the dissatisfory and requested to return for a full refund. At the same time, I requested to cancel my second order b/c I knew for sure that it would be the same disappointment. I pointed out the trick on the online order form and of course, they denied it. I am so upset that I have to deal with it before Christmas. The compay has 60 days return and refund policy but the customer service did not mention it at all. I had never been so upset and disappointed with my online purchase. I do not recommend it to anyone with Drawmade.

A family member uploaded pictures of me to this site for a gift without my permission ... before I received it DrawMade began emailing and texting me products featuring those pictures of me and I thought I had been hacked. They have been told to delete reference to me, and have not. The emails do not provide an unsubscribe option. If that wasn't enough, the quality of the product that did arrive was very poor.

Ordering on 3rd of November two items and still nothing on 30th. I understand that we need to wait 20days but not very clear that it could be more than 3 weeks... Waiting after emails ... now they saying if you want to cancel because it’s too long we will keep 70% of your order amount! how they can make money on me!

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered two custom hats. One a photo of my granddaughter on an ATV the other of our puppy. He TV photo was on, not great but it was he photo. The puppy hat was just a cartoon outline of a dog, NOT the photo I sent. Hey claim they can only do he outlines which isn't true because the other hat was the photo. They will NOT make it right and refuse any other options except a credit. I have No desire to purchase anything further from them so a credit is worthless!

Total and absolute scam! Don’t do it! After six months I am still waiting for a refund that will obviously never happen.
