We would have been better off paying…
We would have been better off paying the amount demanded by the creditor as it ended up costing us an additional $2,000 to have Dramer Law "negotiate" a settlement. We were treated like we were stupid through the entire process, and we would NEVER suggest that ANYONE use this alleged law firm again!
Response from The Law Offices of Kenneth H Dramer PCAug 13, 2024
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for the sake of transparency: From the outset, we provided a clear estimate that your case would settle for the amount you owed before defaulting and before additional fees were added. Although this information was not initially available when you contacted our firm, once we obtained it, we calculated that the amount was $119,878. We secured a settlement for $120,000, a mere $122 difference from our original estimate. This settlement saved you over $50,000 from the lawsuit balance for which you sought our assistance. Throughout the process, we consistently communicated the settlement amount we anticipated. We acted with your best interests in mind, despite the challenges presented by fluctuating financial information, including a substantial last-minute cash transfer that raised concerns with the creditor. We provided you with accurate and timely information regarding your balance and made every effort to keep you fully informed at every stage, even when you claimed that we withheld information that had been sent to you over a month earlier. We understand that legal matters can be stressful, but we stand by the work we did on your behalf, which achieved the precise result we discussed at the beginning of your case. Our goal is always to deliver honest and effective representation to our clients, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Dramer Law
