Really helpful, superb customer service. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Alex from the east grinstead branch. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service

Five stars for the Whitstable branch. Manager and staff all very helpful with advice on products and applications, and so far, always able to find exactly the part that I want. These guys won’t let you down. - Nathan S.

Free delivery, good price. Arrived early, driver was very helpful.

Excellent communication throughout the sales/purchase process all the way through to delivery. Would certainly recommend Drakes Plumbing Supplies

Easy to order and good service

Once the order was placed, they called us saying that they wont be able to deliver it in London, so they were going to refound us. But they never did so.
