Funded account process not transparent and service not delivered as expected
I am sharing my personal experience with this prop firm to help other traders make an informed decision. After passing the evaluation and being told I had reached the funded stage, I encountered multiple serious issues: The performance dashboard was not accurate and did not reflect real-time data, making it difficult to properly monitor account activity. No contract or agreement was provided after passing the challenge, which is usually standard practice in prop trading firms. No funded trader certificate or official confirmation was issued. The so-called funded account appeared to be a demo account, and it was not registered under my name. I experienced unexpected trade interference: some of my positions were suddenly closed, and trades were opened on instruments I have never traded. This caused rule violations (positions closed under 2 minutes 30 seconds), even though those actions were not initiated by me. Payout proofs shared on Discord are questionable, as no member in the server publicly confirms receiving payouts. The entire operation seems to be handled manually, resulting in very long delays, slow responses, and an overall unprofessional service experience. I attempted to seek clarification, but the process was slow and unclear. This review reflects my own experience only. I recommend that prospective customers proceed with caution and carefully evaluate the risks before purchasing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take all feedback seriously, especially when it concerns trust and transparency. However, we would like to clarify several points to ensure the situation is presented accurately and fairly, both for you and for other traders who may read this. First, regarding service speed and operations: Our support and operational processes are structured, not evasive. While some actions involve manual verification for security and compliance reasons, this is done to protect traders and the firm. This does not mean the service is unprofessional—many prop firms rely on similar controls, especially during funded-stage transitions. Regarding the dashboard and performance tracking: Our dashboard reflects account data based on broker-side reporting and system synchronization. Temporary delays or refresh issues do not indicate manipulation or inaccuracy, and there is no evidence of incorrect performance calculation on your account. Regarding contracts, certificates, and funded confirmation: All terms, conditions, and trader obligations are clearly stated before purchase and publicly available in our Rules and FAQs. A separate “certificate” is not a requirement for a funded account to be valid, and funded access itself serves as official confirmation. Regarding the claim that the funded account was a demo account: All prop firms—including industry leaders—use simulated (demo) environments for funded trading. This is standard practice and clearly disclosed. The account is linked to your trader profile within our system and does not require individual broker-side name registration. Regarding trade interference allegations: We have reviewed this carefully. There is no evidence of manual trade placement or interference from our side. All trades recorded on your account originated from the connected trading credentials. Additionally, the 2 minutes 30 seconds rule is a clearly stated rule that applies to all traders equally. If violated—regardless of intent—the system will flag the account. This rule is standard across many prop firms and is openly published. Every prop firm enforces rules, and rule violations result in consequences. Regarding payout transparency: Payout proofs shared in our community are posted with the explicit permission of traders who received them. For privacy and legal reasons, we cannot force traders to publicly confirm payouts or disclose personal details. This does not invalidate the authenticity of payouts. Finally, regarding reputation and intent: We do not operate to deceive traders. Our rules are fair, transparent, and publicly accessible. Thousands of traders evaluate prop firms differently, and while we respect your personal experience, it does not reflect misconduct or lack of transparency on our part. We acknowledge that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we regret that. However, we also have a responsibility to correct inaccurate assumptions that could mislead others.
