Not bad, not great
Took months to get my order due to shipping issue with distributor. Customer Service did provide feedback, but recommendation is to send updates whenever there is such a huge shipping issue.

Extremely disappointed with the way…
Extremely disappointed with the way they handle the shipping. 4 out of 6 pops got damage in the process. Light bubble wrap and only one layer of tape to close the box which was completely loose.

Excellent customer care with getting my preorder.
Excellent customer care with getting my Funko pop that had been pushed back due to the pandemic. They let me know why the delay and when it finally shipped. The packaging was top notch.

I can not express how great full I am…
I can not express how great full I am of Dragon Eye Gaming! My order came in mint condition. It was delayed a bit but I was kept up to date with my order and I am so happy I decided to with Dragon Eye Gaming. Thanks again and I will be doing business with you all in the future no doubt.
