DraftwheelchairsReviews of draftwheelchairs.com

I found Draftwheelchairs 2 years ago when I was looking to replace caster wheels and tyres for my w/chair, I spoke to Jon at the time who in my view put the customer first. I then found out that Draftwheelchairs is run by a small group of Disabled and abled -bodied people. There prices for mobility items are very competitive, in fact there are the cheapest I have found. Come forward to today 2 years I need again Frog Legs 4 x 1.4" Soft roll wide front caster - Blue and another pair of , Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres for my chair, I got through to Chris who called me back and he took the order over the phone, and the items arrived a day later, when you get service like that why would you look anywhere else, plus again there prices were the cheapest online with free shipping. Thanks guys.

Kindness communication and care seem to be dying qualities in modern consumer experiences. Draft are not a money driven company, which is perhaps partly why they are a smaller outfit. It was the reason I have remained one of the customers for a number of years. I strongly recommend engaging with this company, and I say that with 24 years of experience as a wheelchair user.
