This is probably the same situation you encountered! It’s also likely that many other people are paying your provider with doxo. You can think of doxo like an online payment partner to both billers and customers like you--one that allows you to pay ALL your bills online from the same, secure account. No more juggling logins for different bill-pay sites—just search our directory of over 100,000 billers from all across the US. doxo also offers other services on top of free bill-pay—we offer email bill-pay reminders as well, automatic payments, a mobile app, and more. We also have a subscription, doxoPLUS, through which you can pay all your bills and access five protections of bill-pay: credit protection, private-pay protection, overdraft protection, late-fee protection, and identity theft protection.
