Feeling very foolish for paying a >3.6% fee…
Feeling very foolish for paying a fee of over 3.6%!! Additionally, since my payment was entered on a Thursday (by 9:15 AM), the payment confirmation stated payment will not post till Monday at the payee, Dominion. Lastly, I wanted to donate to the needy via Energy Share but the Doxo.com FEE is so high that I've decided not to donate. For shame.

This company charges to process a…
This company charges to process a payment through a medical provider. Forces you to set up an account and tries to get you to subscribe to who knows what. Horrible experience to do a simple bill pay.

Do Not Use to Pay NTTA
Used this service to pay a toll bill online. $3.99 convenience fee and payment applied to wrong account resulting in $35 in late fees.

Zombie $10 fee for using charge card to pay bills thrugh Doxo.
Two months ago I subscribed to a year subscription ESQUIRE magazine for $19.98 by returning a postcard and checked the "Bill Me Later" box. I then got an email from doxo stating I could pay online using their service and used it, paying by my charge card. When my charge card statement came it showed I had been charged a $10.00 "cash advance fee" related to the $19.99 charge for the ESQUIRE magazine subscription charge. Doxo never told me that I might be charged a fee by my charge card company if I used their services to pay bills. Besides the aggravation caused by the outrageous charge and Doxo's failure to warn me that might happen if I used their services I had to take the time to email, telephone and write Doxo, ESQUIRE and my charge card company and the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General. Only then I got the $10.00 fee refunded and they did pay the $19.99 ESQUIRE magazine subscription fee. Doxo at fist suggested I should "change charge card companies.!" Just now I got an email from Doxo asking me to rate their service! This just adds to the insult of the original deceit. Sincerely, Chester

I had a $2000 hospital bill from Hill…
I had a $2000 hospital bill from Hill Regional Hospital in Texas and they wanted to charge me $75 for the transaction. I backed out and deleted my payment card and called the Hospital and paid directly...what a scam..don't fall for it just call the vendor and pay directly

I paid a hospital bill via Doxo
I paid a hospital bill via Doxo, and then a month later received the same bill from the hospital, it seems my hospital was not affiliated with the Doxo site, so i was told that Doxo had to send them a check and the hospital recieved it, The hospital said if it did recieve a check from them it would take 30 days to post , that is to long

Doxo took my money
Doxo took my money, charged me a fee, and then laid the electric company late so I lost service for a few days. The worst part is I thought I was on swepco, and didn't realize I was on a doxo website till I double checked. Google "doxo warning" and you will find many businesses warning customers against using doxo, such as hospitals and banks.
