Account was created however the email login is missing the .com, customer service could not correct it. Also bill has not been paid, I think I'm going to file a compliant with the state's attorney if bill isn't paid in the next 2days, Its bad enough I had to wait 2weeks for a date and paid $10....Buyer beware

Doxo is a complete joke. My local utility uses Doxo to process their payments. I have had an "account" with Doxo for 16 months. This service as far as I can recall has NEVER worked. My checking acct is linked, and shows the exact and to the penny current balance. I schedule a payment via ACH which they say takes a few days. Then they send me a msg that the money has been removed from my bank, then 3 days later I get a notice that my acct # from my bank is invalid. Well that's weird, my acct balance to my "linked" account is correct, and shows the balance and has that green check mark indicating it's linked. So I call customer service and the end result of the call was "I don't know what's causing that, sorry for the inconvenience." So I have to take over an hour of my day, go down to a grocery store, wait in line, submit the payment, then call the utility, wait on hold, press 4 then 2 then 0 then 2 then 9, then stick my finger in my ear, get hung up on, start the process over again press 4 for English, etc etc etc just to give them a confirmation number. No one can figure out why this is. They don't care to find out either. Follow up to "Lisa's" response. Did you not read my review? I already reached out to support and it was a dead end. Which only added to my total frustration. Still a joke, and this response is about as helpful as duct tape on a blown tire.

Doxo talked my bank (Chase) into disregarding my claim request against them. I filed a claim against them for a payment they never paid to my merchant, ULTA. In October 2024, I paid them $1037.00 to pay to my merchant. As of November 30th they still had not sent the payment to my merchant. They still have not paid them. I have been advised to find an attorney.

They send you emails that say at the top “ Reminder: Pay your upcoming Baystate Medical Center bill”. But there is no bill. Lower down it says “ You paid your Baystate Medical Center bill at this time in a previous month with doxo. doxo is a secure way to pay all your bills with a single account.” Why send a reminder that I PAID a bill? I am sure many folks don’t read that and think a bill is due. Ridiculous!

I would rate less is possible. It’s the worst site ever. I tried to sign in and forgot password. I kept going in circles to get it. I did what it said and it never gave me the option to change password although it said that’s what it was going to do. I just gave up. Next time I’m calling whoever I owe and paying them directly

THIS COMPANY IS USING YOUR MONEY AND CHARGING YOU FOR IT, all the while keeping your money and NOT paying the company/ healthcare provider they are supposed to transfer the payment to. Their ad pops up when you go to pay a bill on line making it seem that they are that company's representative. In my case it was a hospital. They took my payment, charged me $4.95 as a "fee" extra. A month later I received yet another bill from the hospital threatening to put me in collection for non-payment. I tried to call DOXO with no response. I then disputed the charge to my credit card company and paid the hospital direct. The hospital informed me that they had no contract or agreement with DOXO to accept payments for them. That was in November 2023. Just now, in January, 2024 I saw that my credit card was re-charged for the entire amount. I called the hospital and was informed that they did receive an additional payment, by check, on January 17, 2024, obviously after my CC deducted the original charge. Now the hospital is refunding their amount, thankfully. 2 months after my payment to them, almost causing me to have a credit problem. Clearly this company is in it to use customer funds as long as they can and charge the customer a fee! My next communication is going to be to the BBB, FCC and attorney general of AZ. DO NOT USE THEM, pay direct and save yourself additional fees and headache.

Warning. Do NOT use this to pay your insurance. All it does is delay payment on your policy. I got a reply to this from doxo.there is no misunderstanding. Payments can take 7 to 10 days to reach the company you are paying. If you have auto or home policy, do not use this company. Pay direct to agent or insurance company, because a delayed payment could result in a canceled policy. Doxo is not affiliated with insurance companies! Your policy is not considered paid if you use them, until the check they mail gets to your insurer.

We had another person's credit card info saved in our profile without even owning a card with that bank or number. I called and they tried to blow me off and just direct me to "unlink the card and add a new card". NO THANK YOU. Unsafe, not secure, and not to mention a violation of many best practices in the software engineering field.. Most likely in violation of credit card processing laws (PCI DSS) as well. I also learned you do not have to use them. We called the facility directly (Quest in this case) and they processed our payment without the $3.99 processing fee that doxo charges. SCAM!
