Never again!!!!
******* Updated ******* They did fix the issue & I truly appreciate it but I will avoid using them in the future. I'm not even sure how I got to DOXO to pay my LabCorp bill but It went on someone's else's account & I had to go through hell to get it fixed!! Still not sure if it's cleared up!!! I'm being threatened to be turned over to collections!! I am furious!!! I will never use them again & will suggest you don't either!!! Wish I would have seen these reviews before Jan 7th!!!

I will never use doxo.com again
I will never, ever use this service again for any reason. The date posted in doxo.com for my mortgage payment due is the 28th of the month however on today's date the 19th of January 2021, the payment has already been reported to the recipient mortgage company for the due date of the 1st. My mortgage company verified also on todays date the payment is in their receipt. I understood I had signed up to pay only my 1st mortgage payment due January 1, but doxo.com has sent another payment February 1 already. I couldn't cancel that second payment due on the website and there is NO customer service phone number to call either. Their on-line message chat service repeats the same print information found on the website and finally I located settings and cancelled my account. In addition to the mortgage payment due, doxo.com charges a $30.90 processing fee per payment sent. The other option is for a $4.99 processing fee per month which would add a total of $898.20 to the life of the mortgage which was not my choice either. My recommendation is do not use this bill pay site! Updated January 27, 2021: FYI The origin of my account with doxo was in fact from paying a 1 x toll bridge fee imposed via WSDOT.

I paid my power bill thru doxo on…
I paid my power bill thru doxo on 12'-7...today 12-23 I received a disconnect notice saying my bill was never paid. I want a refund of my 4.99 and I will never use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY CHARGED A $10 FEE TO PAY A BILL WITH A COMPANY OF WHICH THEY HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH AND THEN TOOK NEARLY A WEEK TO DELIVER THE PAYMENT WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO CAUSING US TO LOSE SERVICES THAT WE NEEDED! TRYING TO GET AN ACTUAL HUMAN ON THE PHONE WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH! ABSOLUTELY 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Do not use these guys
Do not use these guys. They charge a fee. They are rarely affiliated directly with the provider. The method they "grab" a client using sophisticated advertising session cookies mislead me into the delusion they are affiliated with the provider. And only learned that they are not affiliated after I called the billing office of my provider. Then when I tried to reverse it they said its "to late" .

Total scam.
Total scam. Doxo hijacked my account info from a medical lab and told me to pay them. Why would anyone pay a fee to have a third party pay a bill for them? They tell you about their fee at the last minute. Look at their Better Business Bureau list of complaints for this company.

At this time, our most affordable options are to quickly process payments online via ACH (debiting directly from your checking or savings account) as opposed to paying by debit or credit card.
