I was manipulated into subscribing to this dishonest and sneaky company's service while trying to pay my most recent ExpressToll bill. I never authorized the creation of any account nor subscription nor had I ever used this company in the past as a payment service. Be very weary of everything you click on while making payments to anything/anyone through any means other than plain cash or check. Doxo and companies like it will casually insert themselves into your payment process and leave you with a parasitic monthly subscription charge. It's how these companies make money and it is completely dishonest. Later when you call them out on it over customer service, they act as though everything is completely transparent and that everything is on the up-and-up. Yet their method is to deliberately cause confusion, knowing full well that if they were transparent, they would not make any money. The subscription to their services amounts to little more than digital pickpocketing.

Trying to pay my bill but keeps telling me my password is wrong. So please call me to straighten this out.

I used DOXO to pay a toll in North Carolina..$1.23. After paying the $3.99 fee, now I am facing $41.00 in late fees. The payment was due 12 days after I paid DOXO. They waited until the day before it was due and mailed a check through the USPS. Customer service is a joke. They hung up on me twice when I asked for documentation that the bill was paid on time. "Leonard" hung up on me when I questioned the expectation of the USPS delivering a check in less than 24 hours... It would have been cheaper for me to drive 2 states away and pay it in person than to use this sham of a service.

This website / app whatever you want to call it is a complete SCAM. I stupidly paid my bill through their website. Not only did I have a surcharge my company also never got paid. I will be disputing my credit card charge.

My elderly Father was trying to pay his insurance premium. When he typed in his insurance company name, it came up he processed his payment, and AFTER he hit submit, he saw a $64.00 processing fee!! It wasn't his Insurance company, it was DOXO!!!!! He has no clue what this is! To an elderly person who isn't all that familiar with the Internet, this is VERY DECEIVING!!! A SCAM!!!! Trying to get DOXO Customer Support help is a Joke as well!!!!!!!

I used this company to pay my credit cards. When I called my credit card company they said they never received it. Had a late fee because of Doxo. Never use your services again. I believe your a scam

Thank you Trust pilot and Lisa. I have received confirmation the issue has been resolved. I have put in over 8 hours of my personal time researching and working to resolving not just one but 3 issues where Doxo provided misinformation. I think I have earned a $72.38 processing fee. Doxo received the same fee for a payment I was promised would not be issued. Doxo poses on-line as a legitimate bill pay for multiple companies. They are NOT associated with these companies and the same companies want nothing to do with them. I thought I was making a payment with my insurance company. When I learned Doxo was not associated with the insurance company I contacted Doxo about cancelling the account. I have a copy of the email sent from Doxo stating the account was cancelled . The email also states "I want to guarantee as well that there were no payments processed or any charges taken from your account. You shouldn't see any debts from Doxo." Three weeks later I received a refund from my insurance company. They received a payment directly from me and one from Doxo. I went a head and told my credit card company to issue a payment to Doxo for the insurance payment as well as the $72.38 processing fee. This occurred late February through March. I thought I was done with Doxo. Surprise came September 30. Doxo now has a 3rd party debt collection agency after me. I spoke with 2 Doxo representatives (Mark and Ciara) both said I owe nothing . Mark even said to ignore the emails from the debt collection agency. Then I received an email from Vicki saying I owe the money. I have evidence the payment as well as the $72.83 processing fee was issued to Doxo. I have called and verified the credit card company sent the payment. I have even sent Vicki the credit cards phone number so they could verify the payment was issued. I can't get anyone with Doxo to assist in this matter. If this is not resolved soon I will take it to BBB.

DOXO poses as a legitimate bill pay service for multiple companies but what they don’t tell you is they will charge surprise fees. They are not actually affiliated with any of the companies they collect payments for. More often than not, DOXO is an unwanted parasite, leaching fees off unsuspecting customers and falsely advertising an association with a company who actually wants nothing to do with them. Save yourself the fees and the hassle and go directly to your service provider or use your bank’s bill pay service instead.
