This is a Fraud website. I paid my MD Ez via Doxo and they charged m y credit card with the fee for the service. Not only they failed to pay my bill because the MD did not receive my payment but I was also charged $50.00 extra dollars for the late fee that I had to pay directly to MD EZ. Do not waist your time and money with this website. Just paid directly with the company that is billing you. It will save you time and extra fees.

So, i didn't create an Account, i can't contact anyone about this, someone used my Email. I didn't clicked on the verify button. I tried to contact someone but there is only answering a stupid chat robot who can't help me. Very Bad.

Beware of this site! I recently signed up and added a credit card to my profile that I rarely use. My card was used for unauthorized purchases in Europe within a day of signing up. Doubt that it was just coincidence! Responding to Doxo. You claim to provide payments to PennMutual insurance but after checking with the company they flatly denied accepting any payments from third party providers like yours. No thanks! Won’t trust your site or company again.

SCAMMERS. Just like I saw on a different review here I was scammed by DOXO too. As the other user said the use a copycat web address that is similar to your city water department but use a different .org/.com They then direct you to "Water Utility Payment" and the scam goes from there. You pay your bill, they never pay bill and the water company comes to shut your water off. You have to pay the water company to not shut your water off although you already paid that money to the scamming company of Doxo. Then try to get your money back and get the run around in the Phillipines! DOXO is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

I am disgusted with their actions and my own. Doxo disguised themselves as my water and sewage company online. I clicked and entered the site thinking it was my utility site. It was ignorant on my behalf because I didn't read the fine print located on their site. It says that they are not affiliated with my water company. I didn't discover these details until it was too late. They are refunding me with a check instead of sending the money back to our account. I am sick and heartbroken because it's close to Christmas and gifts will be delayed for our children because I have to pay someone back for my silly mistake. Thank goodness for family, without them we wouldn't have water. We may never see our $843 ever again. This company is a cruel joke and reminder that we commoners are expendable in the eyes of the super wealthy. I've never heard of this company and i regret it terribly that i mistakenly used their service.

U think I haven't been in contact with Doxo customer SUPPORT?? Which BTW sucks!! They did NOTHING to "make it RIGHT"!!! Lesson learned, and I won't EVER use doxo again, they are THIEVES!!! PlAIN N SIMPLE THIEVES!!!
