Do not use doxo I have been trying to get them to cancel my account ant they can't or won't do it I am not using ther service and have repeatedly tryed to get them to close my account and like clockwork they hit my bank account not only that but now they are taking it at shorter intervals this is not reputable company they should be in prison maybe they are horrible dishonest bunch of theives now I will have to cancel my bank card and go through all that don't use there service you will be sorry

This bill paying app is a joke--on the customer! On the paper bill it proclaims, "Save a stamp, pay on line!" Okay, I tried to pay a $20.00 co-pay from my dermatologist and found that Doxo wanted a $4.00 fee to process the transaction!! That is a 20% charge! I think usury should be a crime.

Be aware, be very aware of their reaccuring charges.
I was filling out their form to pay my insurance provider online, was noted that I'd be charged a fee so I cancelled/did not finish the application because I would call directly and pay via phone without being charged. Lo and behold, I get 4 months charged to my account. Ironically, it was the exact same charge that Apple had erroneously charged me (without authorization) that I had blocked just before I started getting 'Doxxed'. Something sneaky could be going on here.

I look upon doxo as a scam
I look upon doxo as a scam. I have NEVER been past due or missed a payment on our mortgage. doxo charged our bank account for processing our loan payment to newrez/loancare on March 1, 2022, according to the email they sent us. The email also said the payment was sent electronically on March 2, 2022 and on March 4 the payment was delivered to NewRez and expected to be reflected on our account. As of March 15, 2022, LoanCare has not received the funds and we have been charged a late fee. LoanCare subservices our loan account for New Rez. LoanCare says they have NEVER heard of doxo and have not received the funds which supposedly doxo sent to New Rez the funds. This will reflect our credit score, which is excellent at the moment. So, we are reporting this to not only the Better Business Bureau but to the Federal Trade Commission.

This is a rip-off -do not use
This is a rip-off. I recently used doxo to pay a hospital bill, and what they did was send a check by post. It took ages to happen, and then I found they had added on a massive $67 in extra charges, which I wasnt told about up front. I've asked for the hospital to review using this service, and await some answers. It's bad enough having to worry about medical bills without having to put up with usurous administration charges. Avoid this company.

This is not a convenient service to…
UPDATE: I posted this in February. The responded in July. Thus confirming my concern. Do not use this company! This is not a convenient service to use! Very slow to process payments! I tried paying a bill today on the 24th and was given a pay date by them of the 7th of next month. This is an unacceptable amount of time to pay someone. I hope the companies that use this (so called) service find and use another processing company. There are much more efficient companies available for customers to use.

Dishonest found my utility company…
Dishonest found my utility company online and attached their fradualant website to it as they have done to multiple website. They charged me for a yearly subscription charged that I cancelled 6 days later but they will no refund. Luckily They emailed me everything so I am contacting the bbb SCAM STAY AWAY
