Fraudulent corporation. Mostly kids I expect. Took money from my disabled wife's accounts for six months. Past info to State Police. These people should be behind bars. Taking advantage of vulnerable poor people. My family are Gommorah and I had to stop them dealing with it their way. Thse crooks have no idea of whom they have upset. I don't want morons killed but is is tempting sometimes. Our other son is a cop. He now has the details and will deal with these parasites through the Law.

Well, it appears you can't put a half star or a negative star!!!! Worst EVER- I didn't even order this product! I purchases a new printer and next thing I know all these popups showed up. What I want to know is HOW did they get my billing information?!?! I have spent over 3 hours trying to get to a real body to get a refund for something I did not purchase and can't. The next step will be dispute it through my bank and pray it works. I have NEVER seen such piss pour service in my life!!!! DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

As an Uber driver, the biggest problem is the fact that you can’t speak with a human customer service agent until you chat with a bot first and the bot determines it can’t help you. Only then can you request to be connected to a live person. The number you’re connected to shows up on your phone, but if you try to dial that number on yourself without going to the app first, it tells you that number doesn’t accept phone calls. Last week as I arrived to pick up a $17 fare, the app froze. It didn’t recognize that I was at the pick up location and wouldn’t let me officially begin the ride. I took him to his destination 10 miles away and it was still trying to route me back to his house to pick him up. Since I couldn’t talk to an agent without messaging the app’s bot first, I had to mark the ride as canceled, even though I had completed it. It would take a two minute phone call from Uber to the customer to verify that this ride actually happened. That was a week ago, and I’ve chatted with three different representatives who claim this is being looked into. This company makes millions and I’m jumping through hoops to get $17 for a work I completed.

This is a total scam. My Husband is disabled, and cannot use a computer, yet this company has accessed his bank account and despite my asking for several months for them not to take further payments they have taken 7 in total and they say they have no record of any account. Of course they don't, he has no account. I have asked for a refund, again today.

Been a customer for over five years. Only had two problems, the most recent this past week. Attempting to contact and talk/chat with a tech support rep from DriverSupport One is IMPOSSIBLE! I'm always redirected to their support portal which doesn't work! It's a bot responding to your support request, never a person reading your trouble ticket! This stupid company has posted erroneous phone numbers on there site including one that went to a different business! I still have the problem where their product is not updating my drivers in my basic windows 11 computer. Their site just says there are 4 updates available and does nothing about it. There is no local app on your computer to bring up and tell it to update like you would tell windows to do an update. This product has gone from Great to Turd in a matter of 5 years!

I never heard of this company but they charged my credit card and it is impossible to reach them. I just get the same canned non-response to half a dozen emails. They just say to sign into my account to cancel. I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT. I just reported them for fraud and got a new card.
