Not very helpful or polite
Not very helpful or polite. Order was never sent due to them not having all of it instead of emailing or calling they ignored it even though the cart was processed and my card charged. When I called after 2 weeks the lady that answered, instead if telling me, told me to check my down for sound account. That alone was not proper especially when she could have just told me what the issue was and what it was lacking. 3 stars because my money was reimbursed quickly it was miserable waiting with no clie the order was halted... He attitude was the real disappointment. They were unable to complete their job so I'd expect a tiny bit of decency and respect but this kind of service is expected these days I guess.
