Doug really cares to break it all down. He simplifies everything and lays it out in a way that makes it really easy to understand. The communities he creates make you really want to keep moving to your goal and he keeps you motivated along the way to want to keep going. I love Doug's genuine and kid-hearted approach. That's what drawn me to his paid group coaching. It was the best decision, because I'm learning a lot. But that's not the best part! Great value with 5 days workshop and workbook. The content and knowledge is great. The first day felt a little unprepared and took a while to get to the point, otherwise good.
