I never got my package, I put in my correct address and it got delivered to Essex, and instead of it being sent to me it got sent back.

Never order from this site. If you want to return, best believe they will make it as difficult as possible. Request a refund, they question then tried to persuade you to keep it, instead of just issuing a return. Once you manage to somewhat get them to agree to one, you’re expected to pay. Their policy states ‘free returns’, bring that up and apparently to them it’s ’poor wording’ and something they don’t do, so they don’t honour it.
