Complete disaster from implementation to operation. False promises of expectations with incomplete sytems for inventory management, no accounting functionalities, project planning or database management of any sort. What invoices and packlists were attempted to be created pulled wrong data and were unprofessional in appearance and inconsistent from one form to the other. Over a year of wasted time, lost data and no accountability. I'm certain they are using companies as guinea pigs to fund their start up and at other companies expense; would strongly suggest another option..even pen and paper would do better.

Avoid DOSS at all costs – huge waste of time We signed contracts with DOSS in late October 2024 and 11 months later still did not have a fully working product The first project manager assigned to us was excellent – organized, responsive, and professional. But when she left, everything fell apart. There was clearly no handover process because her replacement had no idea what our scope was, despite the fact that it was clearly defined in the original contract and repeated across multiple calls and emails. Instead of taking responsibility, cofounder Wiley Jones repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto us, claiming there was “unclear communication” or “lack of direction,” which is simply false. I personally explained our requirements to him multiple times on calls, repeated the same scope for months, and yet nothing moved forward. Eleven months later, we still didn't have many of the deliverables we asked for since Day 1. We were patient, cooperative, and proactive – DOSS was disorganized, evasive, and ultimately failed to deliver anything of value. The founder lacks professionality and accountability Total waste of time. Do not recommend. Seek other solutions

From Day 1, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Doss! The platform is very easy to use, and it has been a game-changer for our business.
