Wooden base included with rose was not sanded and not finished at all.  Splinters very easily and is rough to touch.  Shipping also took over a month due to it coming from China.  Advertised as a Beverly Hills company but ships from China.  Overcharged like crazy, but I thought it was worth it since it wasn’t Chinese garbage but what I received is Chinese garbage.  I also reached out to customer service weeks ago wondering when it would arrive and still never got a response.  I should have known not to trust the ad on Facebook.  Never again.  Would give negative stars if possible.

Do not order from this website! There are many reviews online saying bad things about them. Please listen to them and don’t order. They are nothing more than a scam. We spent over £200 on the website. We have still not received the items, they were order in June it is now August. We have sent email after email, messaged them on Instagram and they don’t reply. We have no idea how to even try and get our money back. Please do not order from them!!! The website needs to be took down!

After ordering a gift months ago from their website, not only have I not received the item, but I have also received no reply to numerous emails I have sent asking for details/ order status and eventually an email asking for a refund. Utterly terrible. Please don't go to this business to buy any gifts online. It's an utter scam and should be avoided. Would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered a Galaxy Rose over a month and a half ago and I still haven't received my product I have continued to reach out via email to dose of roses and no one has gotten back to me yet I still have yet to receive my product nor get a refund

Horrible paid almost 50 bucks for 2 galaxy roses they are complete junk also took almost a month for delivery. Dont buy from them it's a scam!

Ordered June 6 now July 17 and still nothing. Customer service is no help as they are not responding anymore. Never again. Bad business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company promised me a 24 K gold plated “galaxy rose”, with iridescent metal leaves. Their ad is specifically designed to mislead consumers into buying a plastic piece of junk. It’s not metal, and it’s not 24karat gold. It’s not even solid plastic, it’s “stem” is hollow, and the “metal leaves” are literally transparent. The only things that are accurate about their promises are that it’s rose-shaped, the stem is gold in color, and the petals are iridescent. Furthermore, they promised delivery within 5-10 days of purchase, and it took three weeks. I had purchased this as (one part of) an anniversary present. If I had waited any longer it definitely would not have arrived in time. I also feel like the quality I was promised and shown was absolutely intentionally misleading compared to what I received. It’s apparent that what I got is the same thing pictured, but the videos and photos they advertised with are so edited, and the descriptions are so well designed to be misleading, that I purchased for $20 what I would have bypassed at a dollar-store. It’s not at all something I can feel good about giving my wife as an anniversary gift, she would probably feel like I think of her like trash, cause that’s basically what this product is. Consumers beware of Dose of Roses. It’s almost a scam.

Garbage company! I ordered my wife I birthday gift on the 1st of July. I was told 5-7 business days, here it is the day before my wife’s birthday and the gift hasn’t even shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order because now I don’t need it. It’s a waste to receive it a week or the way it seems a month after. I will never order from this company again. This is bad business.
