I ordered a rose arrangement which I saw on facebook in early July 2019. $28.44 Today is 10/19/19, have yet to receive my purchased item. have exchanged several emails with this company and they respond sometimes. My last email was sent on 10/8/19 and have not heard back from them yet. NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two large orders at the beginning of October... both with rush processing. It’s been two weeks and nothing. Neither has been fulfilled. Neither has been processed or shipped. Worst experience ever online. No customer service... No phone number, no response to their contact form, direct emails, Facebook messages, or responses to their Facebook and Instagram posts. This is fraud and theft. Give me my items, or return my money. I’ve NEVET had such a negative experience as with Dose of Roses.

I made a purchase over a month ago now Been trying to contact anyone but due to negligent staffing i haven’t heard from anyone. Unhappy wondering if my order has even been shipped because I was never provided a shipping number to track my order. I’m in California pretty much 2 hrs max from location with traffic. Poor service. I would recommend using someone else.

so much to say about this terrible business.. i bought one of their galaxy roses (for $20, not the total $50).. great deal, right? wrong. i open up the box, and the rose is all plastic, weighs less than .3oz, and has half of the pedals bent and crinkled, but came with a free terrible glue job upgrade.. sweetness. no worries, i'll just retur.... ohp, wait, it gets better! they don't do refunds :) in their policy, it conveniently says, "Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded." soooo, is this the reason their entire site has every product always at a discount? i wouldn't know, only speculating - but what i do know, is i'm out $33 minimum because the $21 for rose, $6 for shipping, the $6 for shipping return... then i'll either forfeit my money because why use store credit at a store like this? or i'll have to pay for more shipping on next "wonderful" product.. this is such a disappointment, i mean, i figured the product wouldn't be damaged, and that's just lame - but NO WHERE on the details page does it say it's cheap @$$ plastic and is basically a larger version of something you would throw away after receiving in a happy meal.. uhg

Customer service is trash I've been trying to contact them for the past 3 days they have not responded they haven't even send me an email with a tracking number that work it's been 5 days now and I have not received neither an email nor the right tracking number and not a response back from them very disappointed I find this company to be very unprofessional an untrustworthy

This has got to be a scam site because it’s been over a week and I have not heard from them at all. I sent in 3 tickets to support and no reply. They just took my money and disappeared. Report them to better business because these people need to be stopped.

Never order form here, my product never showed up and they will not respond or refund.

My boyfriend order me the blue rose bear $80.67 for my birthday on 9/13/19 nothing came can’t call I have e-mail them nothing I’m stuck with giving his money back and it was my birthday gift. These people are robbers. Just check out the reviews their horrible and not a business. Beautiful website will suck you in but don’t fall for it. I also file several complaints
