DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FAKES AND FRAUDS. I HAVE SENT THEM 6 EMAILS OVER THE PAST FIVE DAYS AND THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER. They shipped a very late order after I asked them to cancel and issue a refund. I asked 6 times through 6 emails over 5 days.

I paid 20 dollars for some cheap plastic Rose. Nothing like the picture. Beyond disappointed. It should say as a description that’s it’s made from flimsy plastic and you can see the glue all over it. It doesn’t shine. All wrong !!!

Do Not Buy this place will take you money and you will never hear from them again. All the five star reviews on here are the scammers, please save your money and chose a reliable company because this is not a company just someone collecting everyone’s money!!!!

They sent a package with no address on it, and now won't give me back my money. They have my money, their item, and aren't answering messages.

Ordered galaxy rose, then said was out of stock so I tried cancelling order via support emails, & called leaving messages for over a week with no response for over a week. VERY dissatisfied. Bought from Dans Collectables & soo much better price. Buyers beware.

Ordered an item Nov 21 and recieved customer service's emails about how they are out of stock. Then, a holiday sale is up and they suddenly able to sell more even though i havent recieved mine yet. Last I checked, they were at 45 for LED galaxy rose. My last message has gone cold indefinitely. This website has pathetic and lazy business practices. Just read their return policy. Suspiciously a bunch of fake reviews as well...

I purchased 6 single boxed roses and 1 galaxy rose through a link on Facebook. I paid for rushed processing and was told that I would get a tracking number. It has been a week later and no communication. I am starting to believe that this is an elaborate scam website. Also, there is no customer service phone number or anyway to contact them EXCEPT through email.

HORRIBLE! Products look NOTHING like the pictures or match the descriptions. Order these and rec them with no invoice or shipping return label so I’ve already LOST $22 just to ship back. Asked for a refund and was told 3-5 business days. Then when I wrote a bad review on their site (which wasn’t posted bc it wasn’t a 4 or 5 star) she emails me saying I’ll get store credit. As if I want to purchase more garbage and cheap quality from their site. No where does it say returns will be store credit nor did she (Emily) mention that in the first email. BEWARE!
