Received a product that was scratched at least 10 times and glued extremely bad. Really not worth the price and something I would have never bought if I would have known it would be of this quality. Took nearly a month to receive as well.

Absolutely zero customer service, no tracking number, you will not get your order on time.

Ordered a $50 Galaxy Rose on Dec. 5th. Plenty of time to get the order here by Christmas. They took the money immediately. But then just sat on the order. It hasn't shipped. I have wrote 2 emails to customer support recieving no reply. I'll be reporting this company to the Better Business bureau.

Unlike most people on here, I actually received my flowers. However, my flowers look like dollar store knockoffs. They are made with cheap plastic and cellophane petals and leaves. They were supposed to be uniquely designed... all of mine look the same. Furthermore, they were to shop 1 in a box, mine came 2 in a box and 8 of the 12 are damaged (broken leaves, smashed petals, etc.). Their customer service has yet to respond to me to I went to social media. They removed my negative reviews and comments on Facebook. They blocked my negative post from their page on their Instagram. And they deleted my 1 star review on their website. Do not buy from them. They are not worth the disappointment and lies.

After paying extra for rush processing and not hearing back for over 2 business days. I decided to read the reviews. Yup. SCAM. Don't listen to the paid / robot shill reviews at 5 stars. Consider this. HOW CAN THERE BE SUCH A LARGE DISPARITY BETWEEN 5 STARS AND 1 STAR REVIEWS? Thank you AMERICAN EXPRESS for disputing this charge, letting me file a merchant block and getting this resolved all so quickly.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!!! I WANT TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I CAN! WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW UPSET I AM! This company is a scam!!! So unprofessional and just plain disgusting! they steal your money and send you fake emails like they’re processing your order to shut you up but nothing is happening! I ordered more than 2 and a half weeks ago and still absolutely nothing! and I shouldn’t be surprised! There’s people that’s been waiting for more than six months just to finally receive their order BROKEN!!!!!! everybody that’s buying is spend more than $50 just to get ROBBED!!!!! they only ship to rich people so they can advertise for them! Maybe if they spent less time on Instagram (which is @doseofroses) and FAKE advertising! they can ship our Christmas gifts out! they absolutely ruined my Christmas! they don’t even respond to you! but they delete ALLLLL your comments asking them where your stuff or money is! and all these good reviews on here are FAKE!!! Just like the company!! And one lady said that they tried to give her her money back in STORE CREDIT finally when they answered! UMMM ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will get my money back in the way y’all received my money! WHICH WAS FROM MY BANK ACOUNT! They are soooo fast to take your money but never will give it back! SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE THESE PEOPLE! REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!
