Sadly in the same boat as many others out there.. ordered over 2 weeks ago and still nothing I ordered a few things off their site at the very beginning of the month and still nothing with Christmas only a few days away this is starting to look bad . I’m really upset the way this company is lacking all sorts of service . Only generic automated emails and no phone number , false shipping dates sadly will have to file a dispute if it’s not here by Christmas I sent Multiple emails addressing this problem and “Christina” replies yesterday stating she’s sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah and that they are working on getting my order shipped out in the next few days and that shipping will take 3-10 business days when they clearly said 1-5 business days upon purchase... Can’t stress enough how frustrated I am of this company , many people spend their hard earned money to buy something for a loved one only to get scammed and treated horribly by a company who is most likely out there scamming people. I will update this as soon as I get a reply. If I don’t get my purchases by Christmas I will be joining the dose of roses scam Facebook page, filing a paymenr dispute, and also filing a dispute with the bbb or federal trade commission as some people have already done so on the Facebook page

Terrible customer service ordered from them December 3 it’s the 20 still have yet to ship my order I will not receive b4 Christmas sent email 7 days ago to cancel and refund my money no reply yet

Do not order please they do not respond to emails. You will not receive your order and if you do it will not be the full order they are scamming people out of their money. I've tried to contact their customer support multiple times with zero success. Please if your on the fence do not buy from dose of Roses there's plenty of other good options out there save your money they are horrible.

I never received anything and there is no response from the emails. I should have known since there is no phone number for customer service. DO NOT ORDER!!!

They took my money right away and sent an email saying I'd have it in 7 days. 2 weeks later I sent an angry email and finally have a tracking number which says the label has been created. Not shipped yet. Also I'm pretty sure most of these 5 star reviews are fake on here

Buyers please beware! I place an order on 12/8 due to having a tragic death in my family. This was meant to be a sympathetic gift for my loved ones. Well today is 12/20 and my order which totals over 100.00 still sits unfulfilled! I’ve contacted them via email over 3 times and received 0 responses from them. By the way they filter out the negative reviews on both their Instagram and website! I’m heartbroken and highly upset, I feel like a total fool that I fell for the 5 star reviews. I’ve should’ve known it was too good to be true like come on, seriously no reviews lower than 4 stars. I’m currently disputing the charges with my financial institution! Please do not order from this company. They constantly update their social media accounts but can not simply respond to an email from their customers! I never write negative reviews but I felt inclined to do so, due to lack of professionalism.
