Ordered a dozen on December 7. Still haven’t received them or gotten a response from the support team. Pretty crazy that companies like this still can exist and sneak by with their shady business practices. Probably some 1% owns this with a Chinese scapegoat company. Smdh as they look nice. Calling cc company to dispute now.

Just read every other review, this place will charge you for “fast processing” and will still take several weeks to even get stuff shipped out or even scanned, sure did waste my money on that. I payed the 13th of this month HOPING my item would be in time for Christmas, and boy was I wrong. It’s now the 26th and my item still hasn’t been shipped out of the state yet. Pathetic company in my opinion. (processing started on the 21st!!)

This is a scam.... do not purchase from this company. Fake tracking numbers are sent to give the assurance that your purchase has been sent. It's a simple and devious ploy. They are currently fleecing thousands of dollars from unsuspecting people. I've sent several requests for assistance with an order over the course of 31 days with only a blanket statement that they are a new start up and had unforeseen Inventory management issues... the long and short of it was that they would send out updated traking information... that was never provided.... surprise.

If I could give Dose of Roses ZERO Stars I would. They are a scam. I ordered the eternal roses “Pink Elegance” (most florists/eternal rose shops have a date as to when you want the item delivered but they didn’t) however I’ve read good reviews and see them constantly on Instagram advertising and sending flowers to IG Models and other celebrities so I continued with my purchase. I got my confirmation and right after I emailed support since they don’t have a phone number if they were able to add a note with my order, but to no avail. Following day I got an email saying my order is being processed, I again, sent another email in regards the note. Still to no avail. 4 days later still haven’t heard back so I emailed again twice, asking about the EDD and tracking, as well with my note. STILL NOTHING. They did say to expect it 5-7 business days.. i figured it was just the holiday rush, but it has now been 35 days. LOL So i did more research and everyone have been on the same boat as me, not just during the holidays, it even went back to February. Bad. What a scam! They can email me promos, post IG stories, and text me about deals but can’t respond to a customer? Outrageous. Plus the reviews on here are all written by the same person, same typing style, same reviews, this is horrible. Businesses are to not take advantage of customers who are interested in your “merchandise”... i’m very disappointed.

I only gave 1 star because I had no other choice. This company is a huge scam. Like many others have stated, I ordered the Enchantment Rose a week before thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for my little girl. It took almost 5 days to get an order confirmation, and I received a tracking number 2 weeks ago, but UPS has still not taken receipt of the package to ship. I’ve tried emailing the seller at least 5 times and have not gotten a single response. I even typed up a strongly worded email demanding a refund for the false promises presented on the website. Don’t let any of these false positive reviews fool you, those are bots that are more than likely affiliated with the company. This company is a joke. Will never purchase from them again.

I order in November... it's December 23rd and still no update. No shipping order#... no nothing! Thanks for spoiling my Christmas gift for my wife and sister in law... Boooo!

“SCAM” not even worth one star. Don’t let 5 star reviews fool you they are generated by paid “scam artists” to throw you’re ordering decision off. The company will charge your card then never send anything but original purchase email. I place two orders before thanksgiving and both ended in same result. Tried every way possible to contact customer service with no avail. Purchase at own risk!!

I ordered the Galaxy Enchanted Rose a week before Thanksgiving, I didn't receive any email regarding my shipment or tracking until 2 weeks after when I emailed them asking for information. Then they emailed me 5 days later saying my package will be delivered in 2 weeks. It arrived today and IS NOT how it is described or looks online, it literally is a flimsy plastic toy rose inside a thin glass container and a piece of cheap plastic base that requires 3 triple A batteries to light up. I am emailing them immediately about returning this and getting my money back, but from the look at the actual real reviews and not the bot ones that may be unlikely.
