Awful customer service and fraudulent reviews on their website. They’re clearly boosting their reviews on their website by eliminating anything under 4 stars. So first, I still haven’t receive my order, which they claimed would take 1-2 days to process and 5-7 to ship. No problem! I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas...nope. Still hasn’t arrived yet. Like many people mentioned, they have not responded to any emails or Facebook Messages sent. They’re absolutely a disgrace and clearly spending more on marketing than giving a $#¡+ about customers.

So surprisingly this place is actually legit but I paid $5 extra for Rush processing and another $16 for 2-day delivery where they guaranteed it would be at my house on the 23rd at the absolute latest and it didn't show up until today the 30th. They won't respond to any emails because I have now sent them four or five in the past week alone I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from these people it is a rip-off. My wife said she loves it but she said it feels like it's plastic which is not what it was described as and I got her one of those Infinity roses.

Dont trust these 5 stars they send you cheap junk and wont respond when you try and cancel or return the item

I paid for rush processing but it still had not been processed after a week. I sent two emails to their support but the only response I got was a fake tracking number. After reading most of the reviews, it seems most people are in the same boat. I will be filing a dispute with my cc company.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Where to begin. Customer service is absolute trash. Tried contacting customer service about 4 times now with no response to either email or phone calls. Shipping estimates are entirely inaccurate. Was expecting 7-10 business days. Took 20 business days. No refunds or returns. And if you are even granted the refund its a store credit. Absolutely pathetic company.

Dose of Roses is a scam! Ordered my roses on December 3rd and now it’s the 27th and they’ve yet to ship. I’m beyond upset. No response from the company, either. SCAM.

No response, no flower, no service. To Mike that ordered on December 3rd, I deadass did ordered the same day and I haven’t received my galaxy rose. I don’t care at this point When it ships, I just want it before Valentine’s Day. This was meant to be a Christmas gift but I missed that boat. I had planned to purchase more from the store but never again..
