STAY AWAY!!!!!! Almost $250 wasted. No tracking number, no phone number, no physical address, and NO PRODUCT!!! Ordered well before Christmas and nothing.

Don’t believe the “positive reviews!” It’s probably the company themselves! Look at the business bureau for this company and there is only 1 positive review and the comment is superrrr fake. This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They won’t email or call you back! The block all negative comments on their IG account...that’s why some photos do not have comments. Save your time and money! Some people stated they received their item after months of waiting but it’s nothing close to wait they ordered...you can see heavy cheap glue, screws and the “gold” is actually cheap paint!

Worst company ever don’t bother ordering from them. I ordered a Galaxy rose for my mom Christmas Eve it’s now the 4th I have not received a tracking number nor have I gotten a response from their BS customer service. Save your time and money do not F’ing worth it

Order 115622: Basically a scam. Ordered on 12/12/19 and paid $5 extra for 24hr rush processing. Emailed Dose of Roses on 12/19/19 when order had not been shipped. No response whatsoever. Christmas comes and goes without a word from them. 3 weeks go by (1/2/20) and part of the order is shipped. It is a sad looking rose that I can't stomach to give to my wife as a Christmas present, let alone an early valentine's day present at this point. It is in no way worth $100.00. The company printed the shipping labels DAYS before ever sending the product to make it seem like they were sending it out. This is clearly coming from China if it takes 3 weeks for them to put it in a box and send it to you. I mean, I have literally received items directly from China faster and with better customer service, as Dose of Roses customer service is non-existent. Hands down the worst transaction I've ever had with a company. Disputed charge with credit card. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

One big scam!!! I paid for two day shipping an extra $11.00 so it would be here for Christmas. I placed the order on December 21st and received the package over 10 days late. The item looked great on the website but up close it’s cheap material.

Seriously read the negative reviews. I ordered this item in time for Christmas and the website said I was placing the order with plenty of time to receive before Christmas. I even paid a little extra to make sure it would get here. I placed my order around December 18th. It is now January 3rd and I still have not received it. I received an email around december 21st saying there was a problem with stock and they were working on getting Christmas orders in time. Bullsh@t. They ended up sending me a tracking number to make it seem like it was going to get here but everytime I checked the tracking number it said prepared to ship. It didnt actually ship until December 27th. I tried contacting customer support to tell them no big deal these things happen and if my delivery couldn't be guaranteed by Christmas like they promised then please cancel it and refund me no big deal it happens. That's when they sent the tracking number making it seem like they were working on it. I sent a few more emails to customer support but they refuse to respond. They aren't worth the time I promise you can find much better gifts for your loved ones from much more reputable companies. Dont take the chance on these jerks.

Poor customer service! They don't respond to emails. I attempted three times to cancel a second order of an item i already ordered, which was truly my fault as i wasn't sure the first order went through, yet no response. I finally, after several weeks, received an email about my item being shipped, not a reply to any of my emails to them (first time within an hour of placing my order) requesting the order be cancelled and not be shipped, and yet they still sent the item. I will be returning it, though i'm also beyond disappointed when looking over their website today to find that in the fact that their apparent cancellation policy does not allow for refunds. The rose we purchased was cool, we just don't need two and because of their truly poor customer service i will NEVER order anything from this company again!
