Sent me the wrong item and they wouldn't let me return it. FRAUD

I do not recommend buying. Their site is a major rip off and the items are cheaply made. Paid for a $20 galaxy rose that came in a practical box with a personalized message and a rose made of plastic, also the petals were glued on by a hot glue gun. I could easily go buy a a dozen of flowers, with a personalized message and assorted candies for that price. This is the first and last time I bought anything from them. Save your money and don't get ripped off.

Yes I am following suit .. the company is a fraud... I usually look up things like this before I order it.. i Can't believe I slip up and order w/ out looking at the reviews .. totally costly lesson .. I am I am so mad my order was some bootleg cheap looking Plastic flowers .. I couldn’t believe it smh anyway don’t order from them! You been warned!

The website makes the items look better then what you actually receive. For the price your paying the items have no quality. You would be better ongoing to a discount store to get the items and make it your self. The galaxy rose is a flimsy plastic stem. Then the class jar galaxy rose comes of the casing and the lighting wire is flimsy cheap and pushed to the bottom. Looks nothing like there sight till I fixed it up.

Dose of Roses never shipped item and ignored me for two months. They finally replied and claimed UPS lost my package and stated I needed to file a claim with them. When I did I found that they never shipped it. Once faced with the facts they refused to give me a refund. On top of all this their products are made with cheap flimsy plastic and wrapped with cheap lighted wire. The photos make it look like glass or quality plastic. Cheap material and horrible customer service. Stay away.

Do not buy from here. I paid for extra shipping. Not only did I not get the product in time. , but it was broken. Bad customer service with no response

I ordered in November. The email address States that I will get a confirmation number in 2 to 3 days. I just received an order today being January 8. I sent various emails regarding where's my package. No response. The package that arrived today, is an incorrect order. This is a $20 item or so on their site I ordered a $50 item. Quality is very slimsy nothing like described

WORST customer service EVER!!!!! They took my money in November and I have yet to received my item.. I have emailed them several times and have received NO response. I wouldn't give them 1 star if I had a choice. Order # 88856
