Absolutely horrible customer service. Typical snobby Southern California. Didn’t bother to correct their wrongs. Ordered standard shipping and never came. $70 bucks down the drain and have a shorter time to order something actually nice for Valentine’s Day.

Horrible customer service! They provide absolutely no help if you have a problem, worthless. On a recent purchase I made an attempt to correct a wrong address on an order just minutes after placing the order and customer service did absolutely nothing and went ahead and shipped to an address that didn't exist. They didn't seem to care and didn't even try.

I have received my rose today in the mail and it looks like someone tampered with the box to see try and see what was in it. Then when I go to take it out of the box the glass around the Ross is cracked close to the bottom of the case, and there are scratch marks all over the black edges, and dust. Not satisfied with this product!

My Galaxy Enchanted Rose arrived just after Christmas. The packing was thorough and the product looked pristine. However, the lights inside the bell jar don’t work. The batteries are new and there is no visible reason it shouldn’t work. I’ve tried several times to reach customer service over the last few weeks with no response. Nice product, not as advertised, terrible customer service.

It's a fake business, they took the money then never shipped anything and did not reply to my inquiries (contacted them 5 times via email, phone and through their website). They are surviving by manufacturing dozens of positive reviews to try to bury the few real (negative) ones. The Better Business Bureau has issued an alert on them, this is from the BBB website: Pattern of Complaints The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore consumers allege not being able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On February 25, 2019 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response. Conclusion: STAY AWAY
