This product is horrible. I have never seen such bull sh** roses. Please save your money and purchase elsewhere. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

I placed an order on a Saturday for an Enchanted Galaxy rose and a medium galaxy rose box. I paid $4.99 for expedited processing and another $98 for overnight shipping. I understood that because I ordered on the weekend, my order would be processed the next business day. On Sunday I received a message stating that my order was processing and I would receive tracking soon. Monday came and went, no tracking. I emailed on Tuesday morning. Conveniently, I received automated tracking for the enchanted rose. Customer service responded today stating my order was delivered. This is partially true. I asked if I could get a refund on the $4.99 rush fee since this processing is now taking longer than the standard order. I haven’t received any notices stating the item is on back order. I get promos every day though. I don’t even really care about the $5, I really just want the flowers. The guy replies by sending me a copy of the return/refund policy. I still don’t know when I’m going to get the medium box, so I had to ask again. There is absolutely nothing luxury about this company’s service. I can already see that this isn’t the type of company that cares about resolving customer issues. The enchanted rose is something that I probably could’ve picked up at the local flea market. You can even see where the plastic dome has been hot glued together. That’s why they don’t stand behind their product. You can get this exact same stuff/quality on Amazon. If you’re accustomed to real quality, STAY AWAY

Only received partial order. Has no phone number to contact, and does not reply to emails. Don't waste your time and money on them. Many better florists that actually care about their customers...and ultimately their business

Literally was trying to find out what material it was made of and they dont give any details of what it's made of, they tell you how it's made, a huge paragraph of how it's made, but they dont mention one material used at all, I thought it was a legit website because I get ads of this all the time on facebook and it took forever to arrive and it's made out of complete 24k solid plastic. I'm not even sure the paint on it is even .00000000001% gold. Someone could probably make the same thing with a plastic water bottle, a caffeine free Pepsi can, and Elmer's glue...

Guys. I spent 60$ on 3 Rose's. 2 galaxies. And a 24k gold dipped rose. 2 galaxy rose boxes came empty. The 24k gold dipped rose is a piece of number2 plastic. I cant believe i got scammed. Dont buy this #2.

I bought a Galaxy Rose and it was a poorly designed.. Reminded me of a fake rose you can buy at hobby lobby. All plastic. It says 24 k gold but seriously questioning it. There are spots if that have came off. You can see glue spots on the leaves. I was planning on giving this to my for Valentine's day, I will probably give them toy daughter

I ordered a rose and it came smashed and missing pedals. The whole rose is cheaply made plastic made to look like crystal. By far the worst customer experience I have ever had trying to get a refund. They refuse a refund instead offer ing store credit on a gift card so u can buy more cheaply made bull plastic. I will never order from here again.
