quality of the enchanted rose is absolutely horrible. it looks like its worth 5 dollars and they charge 50 for it. and get this, THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS!! just store credit.

Garbage product and even worse customer service. Oh wait, the don’t even have a number. Just an email that doesn’t respond. Waste of money. You can get the same thing from WISH and it will come in the same time without the lies and scam. Rated F by the BBB. Please do not waste your money with this company.

I bought 2 Galaxy enchanted roses and only received one. Endless emails to them and no response on their end, already going on two weeks. The item I ordered is all plastic even the glass part , everything about the item is plastic. When I found out where it came or left from its ups store not even close to Beverly hills or L. A. On their website is no location or store only online sales. Customer service that was hired through them is called zendesk, customer service software company that handles website orders and money. Their goal is always to take in production and never let the customer win a debate or a issue that an item is missing or refund. Besides all that they poping up on social media platforms, ads are on Google so they have money to burn. Not going to get into more details, but just a scam and shenanigans from everything about this website. So good luck and I hope this review makes u think twice before purchasing.

Scam. Address is fake, check GPS & do street view. They claim it was lost in transit when it never got picked up from them by ups then say the only refund they offer is store credit. Any positive reviews were done by the people running this fake company. Check Better Business Bureau they got F rating for ripping people off

Don't do it! GOOGLE THE COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. My wife ordered over 100 dollars worth of products almost 2 weeks ago and has been emailing them for days for a shipping update, nothing! Not a single response from the company. Please do your research and Google Dose of Roses Scam!

It’s an online scam. I made an order and paid for expedited delivery it never came and they don’t have customer service. If you email them or send them a message on ig they don’t reply

this place is a scam ordered something for Valentines day. Never came! Never Responded to my emails either!
