Basically they are just lying about getting your merchandise that you paid for, out to you on time.. Their prompt delivery is what gets you to buy, but they do not fulfill that promise.. It would be nice for them to have a number to call or for them to even reply to a message.. Either way, your better buying similar products off amazon.. Note to DOSEOFROSES: Please give me my money back. Thank you !!

100% scam. Order didn’t process for 2 weeks, as opposed to 1-3 days per their site, and zero responses to emails. No phone number on any site. Filed a scam report with Chase to get my money back. Also reporting to BB.

No response for 10 days. No phone number no email on website. But my card did get billed. Either it is a SCAM and money snatch or out of business.

BEWARE !!! I have to agree with others here who did not receive there flowers. I ordered my galaxy roses in January and all I've seen is a notice they created a label for UPS. That was on January 29th. I've emailed them several times with no response. I hope they just got swamped and are behind on deliveries but it would be nice if they would email back and say the ordered will be delayed.

Have to agree with everybody here who did not receive there flowers I ordered my galaxy rose on February 3rd, 8 days ago emailed twice no response truck this company I hope they get what they deserve.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago almost 400 dollars worth of roses and teddy bear and have received nothing and they won’t answer emails. Don’t waste your money like me.

God awful company. Don't waste your hard earned money on this absolutely trash product. Can't wait until the business gets shut down and the owners get what's coming to them. Plastic product that only looks good on their social media because of the hot models they pay to be in the pictures. Don't be fooled.

Am I the only one who received the box but not the rose? Like I'm not kidding. I got the package. Then the box. Opened the box and literally only a piece of cloth inside the box. Nothing else. And I've emailed them 3 times with no response what so ever. 24 hours my rear. And no phone number to call these people who rushed to get my order out but nothing in it. I got it for my daughter for Valentine's day. This would be a true disappointment if I gave it to her before checking it out. I'm glad I did. Now I have to find something else to give her since these jerks can't answer emails in the amount of time they said they would
