Ordered 2 weeks ago gifts for my wife and still have not got them and I have no tracking info what so ever I emailed the company and no response

Ordered flowers with rush processing and next day delivery. Website guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day. Product never shipped, repeated attempts to contact seller went unanswered, and finally got an email on V-day indicating the order was delayed with an offer for $15 credit toward future purchas. Needless to say that won’t get used and am disputing the charge.

Bought the galaxy rose. It doesnt work. Tried different batteries and everything. Then I email them and get no response. Terrible company

Picked the Valentines day delivery day and they delivered 1 week early, they never answered my emails or refunded me the extra delivery charge.

Ordered the bear rose last month and still have not received any tracking information. Emailed them more than 3 times yet they ignore it and doesn’t even bother to respond. Such a fraud! So disappointed! Do not buy!

Order 2 weeks ago and haven't received my package. Also tried reaching out twice and no response. I was suppose to receive them on the 11th. This is BS!! I want a refund i dont want these flowers; already purchased elsewhere. Unreliable and a bunch of scammers. Please do not order from them.

I’m an understanding person, but this is ridiculous. I placed an order on January 31st at 1:54pm....got an email confirming my order....then at 1:59pm, 5 minutes later, I got an email stating my order is on the way with my order number & a UPS tracking number. Yay! Well, unfortunately, not so much so, as of today, February 13th, 11pm CST, I haven’t received my order or any idea of when it’ll be here. When I got the email with tracking #, I clicked on it & it said order processed: Ready for UPS. I figured ok, it’s been packed up & ready to go so fast that it’ll be updated later when the package actually goes out. February 1st @ 1:54pm....I receive an email saying your order is currently processing & a shipping confirmation will be sent to you shortly....hmm...weird??? I decided to email “customer service” on Monday the 10th, because I started becoming worried that I may not get my daughter’s gift before V-day......you can’t call them because just like everyone else has mentioned, no phone number to customer service, only an email. I have only received an automated response saying your request has been received & is being reviewed by our support staff. So yesterday I emailed them back & said “Have you received my email?” No response yet.... I’m lucky to have only spent $18.96....but for any amount of money, this company is unprofessional in the way they’re handling business. There’s no reason they can’t handle customer concerns in a timely manner. I’m sure they’re busy right now but I’m seeing tons of reviews just like mine. I would cancel my order but I evidently can’t even get ahold of anyone to do anything! I have yet to receive my order for my 13 year old daughter.

RIP OFF!! The rose bear with heart is $33 shipped with a box at many places and these people charge $100 f u * i n g dollars WITH NO BOX for the SAME CHEAP MATERIAL!!!!!!! Total scam!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!
