I placed my order on 2/6/20 and have only recieved an "order confirmed" e-mail. I do not intend to get the roses by valentines day, but i at least expect another email saying my order was being processed/shipped/or delayed for whatever reason. i have e-mailed the company multiple times asking for an update then a refund. still no contact.

So I’m just reading these reviews and I feel so foolish. I spent nearly $300 on roses, how can they do this? I guess instead of writing reviews we need to report to the better business bureau... is this company ran by thugs or some terrorist organization or something? They take the money so fast but don’t return the goods, this is CRIMINAL!!!

So it looks like for every 1 star that is given "bots" must make a 5 star post. So like most I placed an order and sure enough Valentines came and went without my order. I placed it on the 1st of Feb and here is the 17th I have yet to receive my order. I did email them on the 13th stating I have not heard ANYTHING about my order except a confirmation (that my money had been debited) email and got a response that there will be a delay on current orders. And if I reply with my order number I will get 15 dollar gift card... on my next purchase. I am not holding my breath. Keep in mind that as I am writing this check to see how many 5 star reviews are above and or below mine.

Ordered on Feb 3rd, no shipping confirmation, no updates. I emailed the receipt I got and got no response, went to the website and got no response, emailed customer service got an auto reply and still nothing. My credit card was charged on the 3rd immediately though. Today is the 17th as I write this btw. Stay away from this company at all costs!

I placed an order on February 6th and money was promptly processed. The order did not arrive (although the information indicated the product would arrive within 5-7 business days), so I sent a request to customer support to check on the status. I still have received absolutely no response at all from customer service. I've asked for a refund, but not holding my breath I'll even get a response to that.

I purchased two separate orders in Orange County area CA. Customer service doesn’t respond. AND I still haven’t received my second item. First item came very quickly (apparently shipped from Long Beach) but the infinity rose I received had knicks and a very noticeable scratch on the glass. I gave it to my significant other as a v day gift and didn’t notice until the day of when I opened the box, it was very embarrassing and I have photos for evidence. I will never purchase from them again. They immediately respond and text your phone when you leave an item in there cart and not checkout but when you actually need help with the product you buy they do not help at all. BE SURE TO READ THERE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. THEY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT. In other words....once they have your money they keep it...

Do not even think about placing an order with this company. Any positive reviews are from people who are being paid to write a positive review to deflect from all the bad reviews. Basically, they take your money and have no intentions of ever sending your order. Customer service is non existent, They will never reply and there is no phone number. It is a complete scam that will catch up to them.
