Does not respond or fill orders on time, even with rush payment

I placed the order on Sunday 9 February and it should have arrived by 14 February at the latest. It's February 18th and I still haven't arrived

Lied that my item would arrive before Valentines. Continued to send emails soliciting more orders that would arrive by valentines up to the 10th of Feb. Never received any items. Never received any answers from the company. I sent emails to all three contacts available on the site and received no response. While I still received emails for presidents day and such. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Haven’t received my order and no reply from customer service

Do not buy from this company!! Every negative reviews is 100% true!! Ordered on 1/29/20 and still haven’t received the item! They’re fault advertising their “schedule delivery”.

I've been Emailing Dose of Roses about my Item I ordered on February 6th and asking what's going on??? All I see is label be made. Will be reporting them tomorrow.

I ordered the rose for my girl on the 8th. They took my money really fast and for the past week and a day its says, label has been created. I emailed them multiple times and no response. I even went to their Instagram Doseofroses, where I seen multiple people complaining about not receiving they're orders. They keep deleting all my comments and others on instagram so nobody sees anything, very sad.This company is run by a bunch of crooks, I will be reporting you
