"Galaxy Roses" are pearlescent, but they are obviously plastic-looking. Additionally, I ordered 6 of these, and they shipped them 2 in each box, and the box is undersized, so they come in warped/crushed. I couldn't use several of them and contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Terrible customer service, cheap product, and poor planning on their part with the packaging. If you order multiple roses, you won't get a box for each one. Way to to save a few pennies on shipping expenses while ruining the product for your customers. By the way, I left a 5-star review for their "Rose Bear" and it instantly showed-up on their site. I wrote a 2-star review for their "Galaxy Rose", and it got filtered out. It seems that they won't publish any reviews on their site that are below 4 star. Way to lie to people. Don't trust this company - BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered the galaxy rose for my girlfriend expecting a heavy and luxurious rainbow rose, and I got a dinky, plastic, & flimsy rose with a what appears to be a very fragile stem that could break at any time. Although I got it the next day after ordering online, the website and instagram page is very misleading. She ended up loving it, and it is a very beautiful product especially when under flash, but I wouldn't recommend shopping here because who knows what else they mislead with their advertising.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife around November 30th, it arrived today, December 31st. No big deal. The package was haphazardly wrapped and put together but luckily nothing was broken. It didn’t come with batteries, which is fine I’m not really worried about it but the screw for the battery door is just not found with the Rose. The Rose itself is beautiful, yes. But it’s not as described. It’s supposed to be glass or a real rose dipped in gold. It’s in fact cheap plastics that don’t even look like the real thing shown on the website. While I’m sure my wife will love it, it definitely was not worth the forty or fifty spent on it. I’d say it’s worth 20 tops. I bought the galaxy enchanted Rose and will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered the 14" bear and didn't realize that it was made of rubber roses. Luckily my woman loved it but I paid for 2 day shipping it was processed on the 23rd of December and I received it on the 26th of December.

It's not worth the money honestly! You literally pay $30 for a piece of plastic that you could make yourself at hobby lobby for like $5! Thought I was ordering something nice for my gf but I am very disappointed in the product I received,and it's also shipped in a box where it can just flop around and do what ever during the shipping process

I bought a few of the roses, my fault for not watching the reviews on youtube first but then It had only been an hour since placing my purchase... how hard could it be to contact customer service and just get it cancelled and refunded? Well, so much for 24/7 customer service i haven't got a response in 5 days and they just emailed me saying my order shipped. The only reason i'm giving them 2 stars is hoping they contact me, or else it'll be one. I'm still waiting and highly agitated, no reason i should have to wait more than a day for customer service let alone almost an entire week

I bought one of their Galaxy Roses as a gift and everything went downhill from there. 1.) Took them days to ship. 2.) The provided tracking doesn't actually work, at all. Not a legit # 3.) The package was battered because they shipped in a bubble mailer. 4.) They charged me $5.00 for shipping, they paid $1.45 of that while pocketing the rest, and I ended up paying $3.36 extra just to get what was mine. 5.) They deleted my negative comment on Facebook, they haven't answered my FB PM. 6.) ZERO communication. I did get what I paid for (clearly, others have not) so I can't complain as much as they have the right to, but they basically stole money from me and the mail carrier said it was technically illegal what they did. They even let me keep the mail notices and gave me a receipt so I could publicly put them on blast for it. And so I shall.
