Never Again! I was recently on subscription with Dose. On June 20,I received an email to update my subscription before shipment. On Sunday, June 21. I was charged an unable to cancel my order due to the label being made. I contacted Dose. And I was told they would send a return label, and that I would receive a refund upon return and would charge me a restocking fee! I filed a claim with my bank sent the product back a week ago. Now they are saying I have to remove my claim before refunding my money which also cause extra bank fees on my account.

Product taste good although I never saw any improvement from the product for neither my husband or myself. My 1 star review is also because I cancelled my subscription last month due to an excess build up of product. I have almost $300 worth of unused product and cancelled my account last month because of this yet they said I did not and I was charged for another subscription shipment. When I brought this up within 2.5 hours of the charge there was “nothing that could be done”. That’s BS. I will never use this company again. The cost along with the hassle just aren’t worth it.

Diarrhea. Same color of the drink. 2 weeks. Every day andddd there’s no way to leave a review on their website. They just copy and paste the good ones from here.

DO NOT do business with this company. It is impossible to cancel a subscription. And when you contact them to tell them to cancel your subscription, they'll tell you your next shipment has already shipped and, at the very least, you'll have to pay shipping costs - even though you have contacted them within plenty of time to actually have the shipment cancelled. Yet somehow......it magically doesn't get cancelled. SCAM......SCAM.......SCAM........🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've been taking Dose for awhile like clock work. Got my blood work results today and my cholesterol and triglycerides results have almost doubled. I want a refund. This experience has been horrific.

I truly like the product and I had it coming monthly and for more than 4 months I have been trying to cancel. I have called and left messages and emailed and no reply. I have now had to get my bank involved which is a huge waste of time and money. I did like the product and would have continued to purchase but this has soured any interest in ever purchasing from this company agin unfortunately.

Ordered thinking I had Ordered a 3 month supply. Upon arrival Instead I realized I just paid 90 dollars for a 3 week supply...if you take just one dose daily. This deceptive advertising speaks to the character of the company. Since it is considered a "food" it is not returnable. They scammed me on this...never again.

the company is absolutely terrible with customer service - their return policy is trash - i had an allergic reaction and they gave 0 crap about it - i have 4 bottles unopened and would cost me about $20 to ship them back - yet their policy states: First Order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your first order you've made with us, you can get a refund with no return required. Simply contact our Customer Service Team at (888) 304-9784 email them within 30 days of receipt of your first order and we'll refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment. which is 1000000 % NOT true. i stored them - thinking i would give them away and about to go throw them out - i emailed the company again since this purchase was Purchased on: 06/10/2025
