I started on dose after watching a commercial on TV. I know enough about the liver to know what they were saying was true so my first go round was just a one time purchase. About half way threw my 3rd bottle it just hit me, my energy level was fantastic and I even lost 13 lbs wich I discovered later.Now im just finishing my second order I have switched to auto delivery, every morning I do my shot and take a multi vitamin. Dear Daily Dose Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding a very disappointing experience I had today at one of your branches. ( Gouna’s branch ) I visited Daily Dose on 3rd of October with five friends to have breakfast. After we were seated outdoors, the sun became too strong, so we politely asked the waiter if we could have an umbrella. His response was that we had agreed to sit at a table for six people and that an umbrella was not included. Fortunately, another table with an umbrella became available, so we moved there. We then placed our breakfast order and were informed that the estimated waiting time would be 15–20 minutes maximum. After around 16 minutes, we asked the waiter about the status of our order. Instead of giving us a helpful update, he replied, “Only 16 minutes have passed; I told you 20 minutes.” We asked him whether that meant we would receive our order before reaching the 20-minute mark, but he simply walked away without responding. After another five minutes, the 20-minute maximum waiting time had passed. At that point, we asked him, “Should we leave?”, hoping this would encourage him to check on the order and resolve the situation. His response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional: “It’s up to you. If you want to leave, you can leave.” As a result, after spending approximately one hour at the place, we ended up paying only for the water and juices and left without receiving our breakfast. The issue was not simply the delay. Delays can happen in any restaurant. What was particularly disappointing was the attitude and lack of professionalism shown by the waiter, especially when we were simply asking for an update and trying to understand when our food would arrive. We chose Daily Dose expecting a good breakfast and a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. Spending an hour at a restaurant with five friends and eventually leaving without having breakfast is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident, identify what happened, and take the necessary action to ensure that customers are not treated this way in the future. They play games such as saying your order shipped you can’t cancel- I’m not cancelling I’m asking for my first order money back guarantee because I was not satisfied with their product Or you need to send the product back - policy clearly states product does NOT need to be returned.
